By using the Studently app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Studently.
The service
Studently is a planner for students. Features may change. Syllabus auto-fill is a helper: it can miss dates or misread a PDF. You are responsible for checking your real syllabus and school deadlines.
Your account
You must provide accurate signup information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the notes, tasks, and files you add. You grant us permission to store and process them so the app can work (including sending a syllabus PDF to our parsing provider). Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break into other accounts, or upload illegal or harmful material.
Disclaimer
Studently is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that parsed deadlines are complete or correct. We are not affiliated with your school.
